Yiannis Pappas is a visual and performance artist, his work critically examines humanity’s physical and symbolic connection to the environments we inhabit, using participatory methods to explore how spaces are collectively and individually maintained throughout history. His work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Venice Architecture Biennale, the Bangkok Art Biennale and the Southbank Centre in the UK, and has received international press coverage and awards from MOMus, the Fluxus Museum, the Academy of Athens and the Berlin Senate. Born on the island of Patmos, Yiannis lives in Berlin and works worldwide.

Η Ελένη Οικονομίδου γεννήθηκε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη και μεγάλωσε στην Αθήνα. Σπούδασε γαλλική φιλολογία και Καλές Τέχνες στην Ελλάδα, την Ιταλία, την Ολλανδία και το Βέλγιο.
Έχει κάνει τρεις ατομικές εκθέσεις στις Βρυξέλλες, στην Πάτμο και στην Αθήνα. Έργα της έχουν εκτεθεί σε μουσειακούς χώρους στο Βέλγιο και στην Γαλλία στα πλαίσια ευρωπαϊκών διαγωνισμών σύγχρονης χαρακτικής.
Ζει και εργάζεται στην Τοσκάνη και στην Πάτμο.
Τα έργα από την σειρά « Δρόμοι Διαφυγής » είναι εμπνευσμένα από την ανθρώπινη ανατομία και την βοτανολογία. Παρουσιάζουν τις μεγάλες ομοιότητες ανάμεσα στα ανθρώπινα όργανα και το φυτικό βασίλειο τονίζοντας ότι ο άνθρωπος και η φύση αποτελούν ένα αναπόσπαστο σύνολο.

Ο Μανώλης Πέντες γεννήθηκε στην Πάτμο στην οποία ζει και εργάζεται.
Είναι αυτοδίδακτος. Ζωγραφίζει στο εργαστήριο του, στο Διακόφτι της Πάτμου, αρχικά παραστατικά έργα, τοπιογραφίες με λάδια, ακρυλικά και μεικτές τεχνικές.
Σταδιακά τον κερδίζει η «αφαιρετική» ζωγραφική. Επικεντρώνεται σε χρωματικές συνθέσεις με ακρυλικά και μεικτές τεχνικές τείνοντας σε πολλά έργα του στην πλήρη αφαίρεση. Σειρές έργων του που έχει παρουσιάσει σε εκθέσεις είναι οι «Ρυθμοί» οι «Ουτοπίες» οι «Διάλογοι» και τα «Reflections».
Έχει παρουσιάσει την δουλειά του με ατομικές εκθέσεις στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.
Έργα του υπάρχουν σε ιδιωτικές συλλογές σε Ευρώπη και ΗΠΑ.

Γεννήθηκα στη Βραζιλία από Έλληνες γονείς.
Στα επτά μου μπήκα για πρώτη φορά σε σκοτεινό θάλαμο και μαγεύτηκα. Θυμάμαι την φωτογραφία του κατά δέκα χρόνια μεγαλύτερου κι ερασιτέχνη φωτογράφου αδελφού μου: έναν ιπτάμενο δίσκο πάνω από το σπίτι μας. Σε μια εποχή χωρίς photoshop δεν μπορούσε παρά να είναι αληθινός..
Δέκα ετών, φωτογράφισα με την Yashica της μητέρας μου το ηλιοβασίλεμα του Πόρου να τρυπώνει στην καμινάδα του φούρναρη. Ήταν η στιγμή που αποφάσισα να γίνω φωτογράφος.
Απόφοιτος από τη σχολή κινηματογράφου Σταυράκου, ξεκίνησα την περιπετειώδη διαδρομή μου στη φωτογραφία, μια διαδρομή που μετρά ως σήμερα τριάντα πέντε χρόνια πολύπλευρης επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας πίσω από το φακό.
Η στιγμή, το φως, οι σκιές, οι φιγούρες, η κίνηση, τα συναισθήματα. Η διεργασία εντός μου. Η ταύτιση. Η αποκάλυψη της εικόνας είναι το πάθος. Η λεπτομέρεια, η αρτιότητα, η τελειομανία είναι η οδύνη. Μια σχέση έρωτα, αγαπητική, η σχέση μου με τη φωτογραφία, συγκρούεται, αναδιαρθρώνεται, εξελίσσεται.
Έζησα για πολλά χρόνια μεταξύ Αθήνας και Πάτμου, συνθέτοντας εικόνες κι εμπειρίες ζωής. Σήμερα ζω και φωτογραφίζω στον Πόρο.

Andreas Kalatzis, of Greek descent, was born in 1966 in Krefeld, Germany. From an early age, he understood the essential importance of painting for his life. Even during his school years, he took to drawing shapes and symbols to capture the content of his lessons, a method that already showed a closeness to forms of painterly expression. At the Patmiada School on the island of Patmos in Greece, as a student, he deepened his knowledge in Byzantine illustration and icon painting, guided and inspired by the tutelage of a monk from the monastery. The outstanding craftsmanship skills of his father had a lasting impact on Andreas Kalatzis and inspired his artistic creation.
Over the span of more than three decades, Kalatzis created a multitude of icons and designed temples in Athens, Crete, Patmos, Nisyros, and Rhodes. In parallel, he continuously developed his personal artistic work and his own style, guided by themes such as humanity, love, nature, and mythology. The interweaving of mythical elements and personal experience forms the core of his work. In this, he primarily relies on homemade paints from pigments and egg tempera, as well as on squid ink. His experimental use of different materials, tools, and techniques not only gave his works depth but also an impressive variety.
His artistic career led him further to the monastery of Thari on Rhodes, where, under the care of Abbot Amfilochios Tsoukos, he taught nuns and monks not just the art of icon painting for 2 years, but also had the opportunity to practically apply his skills on parts of the monastery.

Catherine Lambermont is a belgian visual artist based in Zürich.
She holds a Master degree in Broadcasting Techniques (IHECS, Brussels) and a degree in photography and painting.
She has worked in the field of photography for some years, running the department of photography at the Fine Arts School of Namur before moving 12 years ago to Switzerland and deciding to achieve a Bachelor degree in jewelry design and a Master degree in Fine Arts (MAF, major Critical Image Practices, HSLU Luzern).
Her practice and research move seamlessly between photography, painting, sculpture and installation in an experimentation using an extensive repertoire of techniques and materials to address the self, spatial, and time.
She draws her inspiration from the nature and the mundeane but also from beliefs, memories and personal experience to explore different layers of landscape, real, inner, unseen, which intertwine with each other. In the process and as a result, the in-between plays a key role.
The body of work is diverse and yet minimalist. It questions the unfamiliar through the familiar using an abstract or reduced vocabulary that combines a geometry of shapes, lines, curves and sometimes organic matter.

I was born in London in 1949. My art training started at the age of 15, when I was chosen to study my part-time painting and sculpture at Camberwell School of Art. I later achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in ceramics, with photography second subject, from Wolverhampton Art School.
In 1979 I set up a studio in Greece and within a year was offered an exhibition with the leading Athenian gallery ‘Ora’. From this starting point I gained many outlets form my work and was also asked to set up and run a ceramic department in a British school in Athens, where I consequently taught for 5 years. During this period I continued my sculptural work and had a number of exhibitions.
In 1998 I moved to the Greek island of Patmos, where I found the atmosphere more congenial for my development.
Since then, I have given many seminars, both in England and Greece, taught on E.E.C. development programs and continue to supply galleries and private collectors worldwide.

Γεννήθηκα στην Πάτμο, το ευλογημένο νησί της Αποκάλυψης.
Από πολύ νωρίς διαπίστωσα τις καλλιτεχνικές μου αναζητήσεις, κάτι που με οδήγησε να αναζητήσω τον κατάλληλο φορέα έκφρασης της δημιουργικότητάς μου, καταλήγοντας στην τέχνη της αγιογραφίας.
Η αγιογραφία αποδείχθηκε αφενός ένα κατάλληλο για μένα εκφραστικό μέσο και ταυτόχρονα μου άνοιξε μονοπάτια προσέγγισης με το βαθύ θρησκευτικό αίσθημα και με την πνευματικότητα που εμπεριέχεται σε αυτήν την τέχνη.
Κατά το διάστημα της πολύχρονης δημιουργικής πορείας είχα την τύχη να παρακολουθήσω μαθήματα αγιογραφίας κοντά στον σπουδαίο αγιογράφο Βαγγέλη Θεοδωράκη (1990), καθώς και στον επίσης σημαντικό αγιογράφο και συντηρητή έργων τέχνης, Βαγγέλη Ζουρνατζή (1992), όπου και εξειδικεύτηκα στη μέθοδο του στιλβωτού χρυσού.
Έχει ενδιαφέρον να σημειώσω πως αξιομνημόνευτους σταθμούς απετέλεσαν τόσο η ατομική μου έκθεση (1995) στη Μονή αγ. Ιωάννου θεολόγου στην Πάτμο, στο πλαίσιο των εκδηλώσεων για την επέτειο των 1900 ετών από την ίδρυση της μονής, όσο και η συμμετοχή μου στην ομαδική έκθεση της Ιερής Μητρόπολης Αθηνών, το 2004. Επίσης, με την ευκαιρία της εκλογής του Πατριάρχη Βαρθολομαίου, μου: ζητήθηκε και φιλοτέχνησα μεγάλο αριθμό εικόνων και εγκολπίων, τα οποία χρησιμοποιήθηκαν ως δώρα στα ταξίδια του Πατριάρχη (1991-1992).
Ξεχωριστή εμπειρία είναι το γεγονός ότι από το 2007 προσφέρω μαθήματα αγιογραφίας και ζωγραφικής σε παιδιά και έφηβους, υπό την αιγίδα του Κέντρου Μέριμνας Οικογενειακής Στήριξης.
Πολλά από τα έργα μου βρίσκονται σε διάφορες ιδιωτικές συλλογές και σε εκκλησίες, ανάμεσα στις οποίες ξεχωρίζω το Ορθόδοξο Πατριαρχείο Κων/πόλεως, το Μουσείο Ιεράς Μονής αγ. Ιωάννου Θεολόγου Πάτμου, Ιερός Ναός του Σπηλαίου της Αποκάλυψης στην Πάτμο, Ιερός Ναός Ευαγγελίστριας στον Κάμπο Πάτμου, Κάθισμα Παναγίας Γραβά της Ιεράς Μονής αγ. Ιωάννου Θεολόγου Πάτμου, Κάθισμα αγ. Νεκταρίου στα Λουκάκια Πάτμου, Κάθισμα αγ. Πλάτωνα στην Εψιμιά Πάτμου, Ιερός Ναός Παναγίας Γερανού Πάτμου, Ιερός Ναός αγ. Ιωάννου Προδρόμου στην Σκάλα Πάτμου, Ιερός Ναός Κοίμησης Θεοτόκου στα Άγναντα Αρτας, Ιερός Ναός αγ. Ιωάννου Προδρόμου στον Νέο Βουτζά Αττικής. Όσον αφορά σε ιδιωτικές συλλογές, ενδεικτικά αναφέρω ότι υπάρχουν σε διάφορες περιοχές της Ελλάδας, στην Γερμανία, τις ΗΠΑ, την Ιταλία, την Γαλλία κ.λπ.

Born in Sydney, Zoe Gambieraki came back like Odysseus in Patmos with her family because of a strong nostalgia for their roots. It was difficult for a child 7-year-old but it was a great source of inspiration too. She left Patmos when she was 12 years old and went to Athens where she finished high school, studied and take her diploma of Sociology at the Athens University and completed a 14 year career in the advertising field as a writer and creative director.
In the early 90’s Zoe approached in an experiential manner the photography medium focusing mainly in portraits creation, not to make faces be seen because they are visible but conversely visible because they are seen. She spends long and slow time with her models because she believes that capturing the divineness of them by lens is a kind of prayer. And is like walking in a path you have to discover a mystery you can’t predict or direct. She believes that working with photography is the desire to “see again “ and explore a land of uncertainty. It is like an emergency in slow motion.
She studied history of aesthetics of Photography and hand printing at the Photographic Circle where she had been an active member for 10 years. She collaborated with the National Theater of Greece and Kathimerini newspaper for making projects and books for European theater and the areas of Mistras and Patmos. She has presented her work in solo and group exhibition in Athens, Italy and France and has published a personal book with the title “Siesta”. In a parallel universe she had a very creative photo work for weddings far away from the typical style of the industry, with tenderness and an arty eye. Portraits remain her great love always and her landscapes are also the portraits of human soul.

Γεννήθηκα και μεγάλωσα στην Αθήνα.
Ζωγράφιζα από παιδί και από πάντα μου άρεσαν τα χρώματα, τα μουσεία, οι τέχνες και τα ταξίδια που πήγαινα με τους γονείς μου.
Τελικά σπούδασα γραφιστική στον ΑΚΤΟ και έκανα το μεταπτυχιακό μου στο Λονδίνο στο Visual Communication Design.
Για 2 δεκαετίες δούλεψα στο οικογενειακό μας τυπογραφείο. Αλλά να φύγω από την Αθήνα και να ανοίξω το δικό μου μαγαζί – εργαστήριο ήταν το όνειρο μου! Και άρχισα να εκπαιδεύομαι ώστε να το πραγματοποιήσω!
Και τα κατάφερα! Το 2012 ήρθα στην Πάτμο με την οικογένεια μου και μείναμε!
Έφτιαξα το Tourlou, ένα μαγαζί με δικά μου χειροποίητα κοσμήματα και αντικείμενα! Και άνοιξα και στους Αρκιους το 2017. Tourlou όπως το φαγητό! Γιατί μου αρέσει να συνδιάζω διάφορα υλικά και τεχνικές!
Στην Πάτμο των Χρωμάτων κάνω εργαστήρια τέχνης για παιδιά χειμώνα αλλά και καλοκαίρι.
Ασχολούμαι και με την γραφιστική στο νησί, λογότυπα, ταμπέλες, καταλόγους.
Στην Πατμιακη Σκηνή κάνω όλα τα γραφιστικά καθως και αρκετεσ Κατασκευές, όπως επίσης και στο Στάδιον, στον γυμναστικο σύλλογο στίβου όπου είμαι και πρόεδρος.
